By accessing or using any product, service, or website operated by FlintNode Technologies ("FlintNode", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Our Services
FlintNode Technologies develops and operates digital products designed for African markets. Our current products include , a survey and polling platform. Each product may have its own additional terms of service that supplement these general terms.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account on any FlintNode product, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information up to date.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of FlintNode products - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and source code - are the exclusive property of FlintNode Technologies and are protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit through our products. By submitting content, you grant FlintNode a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our services.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use our services for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services; (d) submit false or misleading information; (e) impersonate any person or entity; or (f) use automated means to access our services without our express permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. FlintNode makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of our services. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlintNode Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
